Short Bio:

Parth is highly motivated, self-driven, talented, and hard-working. These higher qualities make him an extremely outstanding student. Being a dedicated academician, he has been top 3 percentile of the batch for 11 years consistently, and has received the High Achievers and Chairman’s Award. He is also the National Topper for ICT and the School Topper for IGCSE Class 10 Board Examinations. Moreover, his helping nature has also allowed him to be involved in various community service activities during the global pandemic such as organizing and leading a campaign to combat the shortage of oxygen in Coimbatore, which has been commended with media reports and articles in local newspapers. His motives to care for others do not end there. In addition, he is also a member of Self Revival, a mental health organization, and involved creation of posts to help create awareness about various mental health issues. He has also taken an active role in MUN, as the Director of the SIMUN Security Council, and was also selected to represent school at Harvard MUN and International MUN Conference in Nice, France. His language proficiency in English and French complimented him as an Editor-in-chief of the School Newsletter, and helped him publish numerous articles in science, math, and French magazines. He is also technically equipped as a robotics expert and received the Young Enstine Award in the FLL robotics competition. He has proven his proficiency in music by completing Trinity College of London Grade 5 Plectrum Guitar with Distinction and as a sportsman he has won Interschool Badminton Competitions and represented in District and State level Badminton Competitions.

Course Info:

Brown Engineering stresses the basic scientific principles that underlie present and future engineering practice. Emphasis is placed on mathematics, basic physical principles and engineering fundamentals. While the focus is on applied science rather than technical training, most Brown undergraduates also gain valuable technical experience through independent study and close relationships with research faculty.
