The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) was established in the year of 2001 and the Post Graduate course was approved in the year of 2012. The department of ECE is an approved Research Centre by Anna University of Technology, Coimbatore. It got R&D approval since 2013. More than 10 Research Scholars are doing their research activities under the Department.The department has well qualified faculty members specialized in various areas of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The department boasts of good infrastructural facilities and state of the art laboratories required for imparting high quality education to meet the present day needs of the society. The department is committed towards conduct of periodic self-development programmes and regular industry oriented training to enable the students to become not only employable to companies, but real assets of the nation.
