Medicine provides an exciting range of career opportunities. As a Brunel MBBS student you will be equipped with the educational, clinical and professional skills you will need as a new doctor, and you will be well prepared for further training such as specialist training, in the UK or overseas. After completing the medical degree, you will receive provisional registration with a licence to practise by the General Medical Council. You will be eligible to apply for the UK 2-year Foundation Training programme and the General Medical Council will grant you full registration with a full licence to practise after successfully completing the first year of the Foundation Training programme.
